5. How to Initiate a Return
Because your transaction took place on eBay, please do not mail items back without opening an official request. To start a return:

- Go to your Purchase History and locate your order from Apollo’s Lots Stamps.
- Select “Return this item” and choose your reason for the return.
- Download and print the pre-paid postage label provided by the eBay system.
Once the item is received back and inspected, your refund will be processed immediately through eBay’s secure payment system.
